The British Military Mission in Moscow. Note by Secy.

1 Jan 1943

We have refrained from mentioning in the charter the question of direct and urgent operational intelligence (mainly naval) which we now pass to the Russians for our mutual interest and the prosecution of the war. This, we consider, should continue to be passed immediately and without reservation. (Signed) R.C. FIREBRACE (Brig. G.S.) K.G. EXHAM (Col. G.S.) H. CLANCHY (Commander ) -2-.
