Paragraph 7 To say that the German forces are equivalent to 1 Panzer and 1 motorised division is roughly true. although still organised as 2 Panzer and 2 other divisions. Furthermore, Rommel has at present only some 60 German and some 30 Italian serviceable tanks in all. This number is unlikely substantially to increase. Paragraph 8 We agree with the conclusions contained in this paragraph. -3-.
