Enemy Reinforcements to Tunisia. Note by Secy.

Sea Transport 12. The following shipping is expected to arrive at Tunisian ports:25th November 4 ships (total 14,000 tons) due at Tunis and 1 ship of 9,000 tons due at Bizerta. 27th November 4 ships (total 24,000 tons) and possibly 1 ship of 9,000 tons due at Bizerta. 1st December 9 large ships due at Tunis and Bizerts. 13. It is unlikely that further shipping movements could be planned to take place during this period without our knowledge. 14. The rate of reinforcement by sea is not limited by port facilities at Tunis, Bizerta or in Italy.
