If employed (a) within the existing sections they could either assist the section as a whole in concentrating on one area (which might result in an increased rate of production, but would not necessarily do so in all cases, because it has been found impossible for instance, to got consistency of intelligence if it is edited by more than two people) or divide with the existing members into two sub-sections to undertake work simultaneously on two geographically and linguistically related areas (e.g.
