Combined Intelligence Sub-Committee Meeting in Washington. Note by Secretary Covering C.I.S.C. 18th Meeting

1 Oct 1942

1. GENERAL COLONEL BEBB suggested that the COMMITTEE would be interested in COLONEL FISKE'S experiences in ENGLAND Thereupon COLONEL FISKE described briefly the high spots of his trip, mentioning particularly the close association of the London J.I.C. with the British Joint Chiefs of Staff and the speed with which the London J.I.C. disposed of its business. It was then remarked that a round-the-world intelligence presentation, similar to that of London J.I.C., might prove useful to the COMMITTEE.
