9. Merchant Shipping Merchant shipping available to the Germans in Northern Waters is not likely to be a limiting factor in invasion. 10. Landing Craft Tank. Without using full building capacity, there will be approximately 450 L.C.Ts, available by 1st April, 1943. If the Germans decided to utilise their full building capacity, they could considerably increase this figure by the 1st April. 11. Siebel Ferries. By April, 1943, 600 Siebel Ferries will be available (distributed over the whole of Europe).
