There are two points which appear to require further examination on the assumption that the Axis Powers have become aware that some operation is about to take place in North Africa, though the exact locality is unknown. All possible preparations will therefore be taken to meet every eventuality. 2. Part II, paragraph 52 The German nature is to act boldly and quickly, taking big risks provided that there is a reasonable chance of success.
