E. Agree to extent that all time limits conjectural. Paragraph 3 Consider any request for such assurances which would make no difference in practice would be resented. Agree selfcontained formations should be sent when they can be maintained without prejudicing minimum supplies for Chinese. 18.7.42 -2-.
