2. As regards 1(b) above, I have now been approached by ROUND-UP cover planners who require the following information:(a) The most suitable outline plan from our point of view for diversionary operations against objectives in Norway, assuming the employment of about three infantry divisions or two infantry divisions and one Armoured division. (b) An appreciation from the enemy's point of view of the most likely objectives in Norway for diversionary operations. I should be glad if F.O.P.S. and J.I.C.
