(c) The Japanese will feel safe from anything except direct attack on Rangoon. Moulmein or Bassein until 1st October. (d) They will expect an attack from the North west to be delayed still further and will expect warning of such an attack. This will enable them to switch the Northern reserve to the south for some period after the end of the Monsoon.
