(c) What size and types of ground and air forces would be used in men an attempt if it took place before the beginning of November this year? (d) If these questions cannot be answered now, by what date will sufficient information be available to answer them? (e) If a full scale invasion is considered to be unlikely before the beginning of November, is it considered that sea and airborne raids on this country will take place before then? What is the estimate of the strength of the ground and air .
