follows that the deductions to be drawn have fundamentally changed and they are no longer such as can be presented with benefit in a regular weekly document. My proposal, therefore, is that we should discontinue the publication of "Strategic Intentions of the Axis", though we should maintain the staff which has been producing this document so as to continue the work of propaganda analysis on which it was based. It is thought that the results of this work can now be best presented in a series of ad hoc papers: e.g.
