Naval, Military and Air personnel in North Africa apprehensive that advent Laval may lead to trouble and still predominately desire not to become involved in the war. Two. Commissions have given no unusual signs of activity. Three. Mutual suspicion still exists although better to-day than for some time past. (a) Neither apprehensive. (b) French Morocco certainly apprehensive.
