3. Sources of Information. I.S.(O) will obtain intelligence from the following sections and departments: (a) The appropriate Sections of the various Ministries. (b) I.S.T.D. (topographical information). (c) S.O.E. If personal explanation of any matter is desirable, 4. I.S.(O) will arrange direct contact between the staffs of the Intelligence Sections on the one hand and the Planning Staffs and Force Commanders and their staffs on the other hand. The purpose and result of such direct contacts will be appropriately recorded by I.S.(O).
