(42) 100 dated 23rd March, 1942, the Chiefs of Staff this morning gave further consideration to this matter and issued the following precise terms of reference to the Sub-Committee:"Instructed the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee to prepare a report assessing the effect on the German war effort of air attack on Germany and German-occupied territory, with particular reference to assistance to Russia this summer".
