(Q/348) Antonescu has given instructions for the building of largescale disinfection and de-lousing stations for the reception of P.I.D. No security troops at all Roumanian bridgeheads on the Dniester. 2. (Q/349) The greater part of the Roumanian Army is to be withdrawn from Russia for internal and western frontier defence, crack German divisions are being moved south to take their place before the spring offensive against Rostov.
