dealing with the country or area concerned, in order that leakages or reactions to measures of deception, which may be reported from foreign countries, may be watched for and notified at once to the Security Board. 5(a). Although the Operations Staffs are responsible that Operations do not conflict, the Inter-Services Security Board will warn the authorities concerned, where, from its knowledge, conflict appears likely. To assist the Board, the Planning and Operations Staffs of the three Fighting Services should give the Board immediate information of any plan under consideration.
