I.S.S.B./S.5. Suggestions for Rumours of a Military Nature submitted through the Inter-Services Security Board for the current week. Serial No. Suggestions. Submitted by Remarks by I.S.S.B. A. GERMANY. 1. (1957) Hitler's first action on taking over Command was to P.I.D. No security recall the S. S. from the East Front. The generals had insisted that they should take their chance with the rest. 2. (1958) On 24th December a regiment of the Potsdam garrison refused to give the Hitler salute to Reichenau.
