ANNEX. 1. PORT CAPACITY. If sufficient shipping could reach the unloading ports to enable them to be used to their maximum capacity and the necessary forces could be made available as required at embarkation ports the effect would be as follows:(a) Tripoli and Satellite Parts. Divisions could be landed at the rate of one armoured or motorised division, with equipment, every five to six weeks, but time would also be needed to build up supplies. It is thought that considerable reserves of supplies exist in the Tripoli area, but it is known that many essentials such as reserves of M.T., G.A.F.
