Visits of Observers from Latin American Countries. Memo. By D.M.I.

1 Oct 1941

I understand similar requests to receive Missions have been made to the Admiralty and the Air Ministry. I feel, therefore, we should get the collective views of the J.I.C. whether:(a) Military Attaches only should be invited from the Latin American countries, in accordance with our present policy. (b) These countries should also be invited to send Service Missions or observers. (Signed) F.H.N. DAVIDSON. Great George Street, S.W.1., 5TH NOVEMBER, 1941. -2-.
