Serial Submitted Remarks by No. Suggestions. by I.S.S.B. C NOTE. The following suggested rumours are submitted for approval. GERMANY. 1. 300 German soldiers, swimming about in the Mediterranean after a transport had been sunk by a British submarine, were killed by depth charges dropped by Italian destroyers. 2. Rabies has broken out among the wolves in Russia. 3. Leningrad would have been taken but for the outbreak of Fleck typhus among the German troops. 4. The British have got a new secret flame-throwing fighter aircraft.
