Note by the Secretary. The Directors of Plans have instructed the Joint Planning Staff (Strategical Section) to examine, in consultation with the Joint Intelligence Staff:(a) whether it would be to our advantage for the Germans to occupy "Unoccupied France"; (b) in the event of it being to our advantage, whether there are any steps which we can take to force the enemy to take this action.
