1 Aug 1941

ANNEX. J.I.C.(41) 321 Note by the J.I.S. based on material supplied by the Directorate of Intelligence, Air Ministry. On the assumption that the Russian Front is stabilised and that German plans for the winter of 1941/42 are to develop the maximum possible air action against the United Kingdom and in the Battle of the Atlantic, but otherwise to undertake no new operations other than offensive operations in the Western Desert, it is thought that the dispositions of the German Air Force might be somewhat as follows:L.R.B.
