Serial No. Suggestions. Submitted by. Remarks by I.S.B.B. E. SWEDEN Message received from Stockholm 9.8.41. Reports in American and British Press indicate possible future action against blockade. Germans are using such statement with evident intention of getting some information. Swedish Military authorities have rumour to the effect that 2000 Norwegian troops are gathered in Faroes for coup against Norway. We require instructions for our rumour campaign as to whether this story should be played up or not.
