In Connection with my NY/97/A/5 of 15th May, and with reference to the first part of your Telegram 0/4172 of 31st May, I enclose marked "A" and "B" two Press cuttings which show certain progress in realization of the need for discretion on defence matters in this country. I also add marked "C", a further cutting showing the complete form in which sailings of ships were published until a few days ago.
