German Psychological Warfare. Note by Secy.

1 Apr 1941

ANNEX II. GERMAN PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE Introductory. This paper is written from the German point of view and dated 1.2.41. As the argument involves admissions of German failures it is assumed that it is submitted by a critical Foreign Office expert responsible for keeping propaganda policy in line with the Fuhrer's directions and the plans of those conducting German strategy. 2. It is also assumed that this type of warfare is being conducted on lines worked out in the last war and followed in the attacks on the Czechs and French.
