Procedure to be followed. (a) The authenticity and nature of the source, the degree of secrecy of the report and the method of promulgation should never be discussed on paper. If anybody is in doubt or wants information on these points, he should refer verbally to D.N.I., D.D.I C., D.D.N.I., D.D.N.I.(F) or N.I.D.10 as the case may require.
