Instructions to Unit Commanders. 13. The War Office has revised its "Instructions to Officers Commanding Units going Overseas". It has also issued revised Security Instructions to the Military Embarkation Authorities at all ports concerned. Responsibility for the security of embarkations has been overhauled and is now clearly understood by all concerned. Posting of letters by Troops. 14. Improvements have been made to provide facilities for troops to post their letters. The question of providing free postage during embarkation is under consideration.
