remove their difficulties, taking note of their achievements, maintaining personal contact with their leaders, and arranging special training for any who visit this country for a special course designed to assist them in furthering the objects of their community organisation. (2) That one of the staff of the centre (preferably with an Assistant) should visit these communities and other communities in the countries covered by the scheme, in order to maintain contact with them, to supervise the carrying out of the recommendations, and to continue the process of stimulation begun by my (Colonel Vickers') Mission.
