ANNEX A. REVISED CHARTER OF THE INTER-SERVICES SECURITY BOARD. 1. 2. 3. 4. Prevention of Leakage. The Inter-Services Security Board will be a permanently constituted body, the composition of which is set out in Paragraph 7 below. This Board will be responsible under the direction of the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee, for the co-ordination of all special measures for preventing leakage of information to the enemy in connexion with combined operations, and for the preparation of measures designed to deceive the enemy as to our plans and intentions.
