(e) (f) (g) (h) (i) Charts for the Cape passage to be issued to all ships, including those proceeding through the Mediterranean. We understand from our Admiralty representative that such charts will be demonstrably issued. All ships to be victualled as for a voyage round the Cape. Our Admiralty representative will attend to this. No personnel comprised in Operation "EXCESS" to be advised of the destination until the ships have passed Gibraltar. Each Service representative will take action as regards his own Service personnel.
