Basic Industrial Intelligence. Memo. By Ministry of Economic Warfare

1 Jul 1940

If the Service departments so desire, the Ministry of Economic Warfare is prepared to give facilities for an appropriate number of Service officers to work in its Enemy and Occupied Territories Department. It is hoped that these officers will be able to keep in close enough touch with their own Service departments to know the sort of questions that have arisen or are likely to arise. They would have full access to all Ministry of Economic Warfare information and would be asked to take part in planning special investigations and to assist in those for which they were specially qualified.
