ANNEX Home Office, Whitehall, S.W. 1. 14th September, 1940. Dear Grigg, My attention has been drum to a document No. 0160/2251 (A.G.3) issued from the War Office to Directors over the initials D.P.S. , and dated the 10th June, 1940, in which it is stated that "it has been decided that all Germans, Austrians and Czechs and Italians at present in the employ of military personnel are to be dismissed forthwith and that no aliens of these nationalities are to be employed by military personnel in the future under any circumstances".
