THE COMMITTEE:(a) Too note that the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee were establishing the Central Clearing House for topographical information of all kinds. (b) Agreed that Captain Errington should be the liaison officer between the Operational Planning Section and the Central Clearing House and that he should be provided with an office in close proximity to the Operational Planning Section in Richmond Terrace. (c) Agreed that the Operational Planning Section should draw all forms of intelligence, other than topographical, direct from intelligence sections in service ministries, unless for any particular reason they wished the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee to prepare any co-ordinated material.
