airmen who have descended in parachutes in this country after their aeroplanes have been shot down, and they will be, and will be given all the privileges of, prisoners of war. 5. Similar propaganda should also be passed into Germany, Holland, France and Norway, through various sources, e.g. military attaches, agents, neutral newspapers, etc. 6. Such propaganda, it is considered could do no harm and might achieve success, as the minds of German parachute troops cannot even now be easy at the thought of so hazardous an operation as a landing in Britain.
