Memorandum by the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee. The Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee have had under investigation the means available for obtaining information with regard to an invasion of the British Isles. 2. One of the main sources of information regarding events in enemy, and enemy occupied, territories should consist of reports received by the Secret Service.
