included:(a) action to capture prisoners in coastal areas, (b) appreciation of enemy air activity, (c) study of the trend of enemy propaganda and rumours (the negative aspect of these is particularly important, judging by past experience, e.g. before the invasion of Norway and Holland, (d) preparation and assembly of special seacraft (reports re fishing vessels and light craft are apparently not borne out by air photos), (e) movements of German air force, (f) enlargement and construction of aerodromes, (g) enemy inter-communication system, (h) enemy security measures, (i) any sign of connection of preparations with a certain forthcoming event.
