It is proposed that, subject to the above being accepted, action be taken at once by the Inter-Services Security Board in regard to cover so far as this country is conerned, and as early as may be judged necessary by the Inter-Services Security Board in conjunction with the lnterServices Planning Staff in the case of the Commander-in-Chief, Middle East, to enable the cover to be effective.
