ANNEX "A". INFORMATION REGARDING AIR-BORNE TANKS. The latest information regarding air-borne tanks is as follows:(a) (b) (c) (d) Experiments in the carriage of tanks by air have almost certainly been carried out by the AVIA, KRUPP and JUNKER concerns, and prototype air-craft, based on the Ju 90 land plane have been built. The number of aircraft available in Germany for the carriage of light tanks is not large (viz. a maximum of fifty), and cannot rapidly be increased. Conversion of existing aircraft would be a difficult process.
