(xi) That increased care should be exercised as regards places where Units of the A.M.P.C., which include aliens, are employed and that strict supervision should be exercised over places where such aliens spend their leisure. (xii) That the security arrangements regarding all Government Offices, Fire Stations, Public Buildings, etc., should be reviewed. (xiii) That all Civil Police should be armed. (xiv) That all ports should henceforth be treated as "Prohibited areas" under the Aliens order. That priority in this matter should be given to those on the Admiralty list.
