My despatch No. (?123) which left by air to-day. I have received a visit from the French Minister who informs me that he learns on all hands of apprehensions existing here as regards some sudden coup. He suggests two contingencies. 1. Italy enters into the war and compels Spain to an immediate attack on Portugal.
