ANNEX. DRAFT CHARTER FOR INTER-SERVICES PROJECT BOARD. The Inter-Services Project Board will be a permanently constituted body, consisting of representatives of the Service Intelligence Departments and of the S.I.S.. Each Service Department will be represented by an officer of the rank of Commander, or of equivalent rank in the other services. The War Office will provide a permanent secretary and the necessary accommodation and clerical staff for the work of the Board. The Ministry of Economic Warfare and Sir Campbell Stuart's organisation will be asked each to detail an officer by name who would be prepared to join the Board when matters affecting their respective Departments were under consideration.
