Information to Service Authorities Abroad. Note by the Secretary Submitting Suggested Procedure for Ensuring Despatch Periodically of Co-Ordinated:

(c) From the information available from these sources, the Representative of each Service Department would prepare the necessary paragraphs, containing additional information as to the activities of the other Services, for inclusion in the next informatory telegram which was to be sent to authorities abroad. (d) The Representative of the Foreign Office would similarly be able to draft paragraphs giving the latest military information which, provided that the Representative of the Service concerned agreed in each case, could be included in the Foreign Office "Intel" telegrams.
