Inter-Services Project Board. Report in Accordance with J.I.C.(40)/13th, Minute 3

1 Jan 1940

Intelligence Sub-Committee should, when submitting proposals to the Chiefs of Staff, make a definite recommendation as to whether the French should be informed of the particular project or not. SUMMARY. 9. To sum up; we are of opinion that some machinery should be set up to ensure the co-ordination of all projects for sabotage or other irregular operations, and that this can most effectively be ensured by the establishment of an Inter-Services Project Board, working under the direction of the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee.
