TELEGRAM. (Addressees as in attached list). Security Intelligence Section established G.H.Q. Middle East with object to watch for potential enemy activity in the Middle East to co-ordinate Intelligence thereon and pave the way for suitable counter measures. The first step is the linking up of all existing Intelligence Services in the countries concerned in the Middle East with the Security Section in Cairo, which will collate all information received regarding enemy activities and keep all authorities concerned informed regarding movements and activities of enemy agents.
