Prisoners of War. German: Photographs and Interviews Of: Draft Report

(c) That, when any photographs of or interviews with German prisoners of war are required for propaganda purposes, the arrangements for obtaining and distributing these should be made by the Service Department concerned in conjunction with the Ministry of Information. (d) That, if these recommendations are approved by the Deputy Chiefs of Staff, the Ministry of Information should be informed accordingly and should be requested to approach the Service Departments concerned when any photographs or interviews are required for propaganda purposes.
