B. Translations of Documents. The Security Working Party had suggested that when translations of documents listed on the accession lists were called for, the service Ministry responsible for technical vetting (i.e., the service Ministry with primary interest) would be responsible for the allocation of the security classification and clearing the security classification of any subsidiary interest .with the appropriate Department. The names and locations of individuals responsible for acting on behalf of Ministries for this purpose should be recorded and published for the benefit of all requiring to refer to them.
