LT.-COLONEL EARLE said that,under the present arrangements,the Joint Intelligence Bureau, as having a more comprehensive interest in such translations than any other single agency, received five copies of the translations, three direct from the Special Document Section, one from B.I.O.S., and one from the War Office. He suggested that,if the Sub-Committee considered that these translations ought to be handled through the Special Projects Screening Panel of B.I.O.S.,it might be of assistance to such screening if the War Office copy were passed to B.I.O.S.
