(ii) Joint Intelligence Bureau Reports and Summaries CAPTAIN LAY said that Cabinet approval had still to be obtained for the establishment of a Joint Intelligence Bureau in Canada. Any reports or summaries by the Joint Intelligence Bureau, London, that could be made available would be of value, not only from the intelligence point of view, but also as evidence of the effectiveness of the Joint Intelligence Bureau organisation.
