THE SUB-COMMITTEE :(a) Approved the draft telegram to the Joint Intelligence Committee, Middle East, as amended in discussion, and instructed the Secretary to arrange for its despatch-. (b) Invited the War Office and Air Ministry, in consultation with Colonel McMillan, to make the necessary arrangements for the despatch of the "mapping" equipment as a matter of urgency after the 5th December, as suggested at 'X' above. 2.
